The client requested a native plant palette for their landscape, drainage and erosion control recommendations, and site access improvements. LDB selected native plants that are suitable for the climate and are easy to maintain. The site plan included stone retaining walls and steps plus grading changes for easy access for lawn maintenance. LDB requested bids from multiple vendors for the client's review and approval prior to contractor selection. LDB provided on-site construction administrative services to check on construction progress and compliance with bid documents.
